Glenn Aspinwall is an Executive Vice President with JLL. He has over 22 years of landlord representation, management, and development and acquisition experience in Atlanta and throughout the Southeast.
Currently Glenn is in partnership on seven developments totaling approximately 2.8 million sf of third party space and is the lead agent on approximately 1.48 million s.f. of the 2.8 million with capacity.
Over the years, Glenn has specialized in turning around assets for added value, maintaining superior occupancy in core assets, and exceeding leasing proforma in speculative development properties. Over the past 10 years, Glenn has been involved in over $350 million of real estate transactions.
He is currently leading the repositioning and rebranding of the third party space in the 1.2 million sf Georgia-Pacific Center.
Prior to joining JLL, Glenn held leasing, management and development marketing responsibility for Colonial Properties Trust for over nine years in North Fulton, maintaining an 8% higher occupancy than his competitors, and Midtown, increasing occupancy from 76% to 94% in less than 18 months.
Prior to Colonial, Glenn worked for Laing Properties, The Staubach Company, Compass Management and Leasing, and JMB Realty where he turned around 2 properties in his initial real estate assignments.
He has worked directly for owners the majority of his career and is dedicated to meeting owner objectives while thinking strategically like an owner to delivering results.
Glenn received a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. Remaining active in his national fraternity, Pi Kappa Phi, he currently serves as Vice President of Acquisitions of the fraternitys national housing board, Pi Kappa Phi Properties after serving as President.
Glennl holds a CCIM affiliation, Georgia Real Estate Licenses, and is a member of NAIOP and Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
He was recognized by Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors as a Top Ten Office Producers in 2011 and NAIOP in 2002 as a Top Five Office Producer.
In addition, he was Colonial Properties Trusts Outstanding Office Producer in 2000.
