Mr. Fee is a leasing representative who is responsible for overall development and execution of leasing strategies for properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Mr. Fee has strong knowledge of property management, operations and marketing to better assist clients with overall asset goals through the implementation of a strategic merchandising and leasing plan. Additionally, he is responsible for developing and maintaining strong retailer relationships.
Mr. Fee has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 2000, he served as JLLs leasing project coordinator for McDonalds acquisition of Boston Market, where he coordinated a 35-member team to renegotiate 600 Boston Market leases, which resulted in over 90% of the leases being accepted with substantial improvements of terms.
Previously, Mr. Fee worked at The Yarmouth Group Property Management, Inc., where he served as Vice President of Retail Leasing. Prior work experience includes management positions with Homart Development Company where he led the leasing teams efforts for new developments at North Point Mall in Atlanta, Pembroke Lakes Mall in Ft. Lauderdale and Columbiana Center in Columbia, South Carolina. He has also worked for Sears Roebuck.
Mr. Fee is a graduate of St. Johns University. Additionally, he received a Certified Property Retail Executive (CRX), Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designations from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He holds a real estate license in the states of Illinois, Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
