Mr. Smith began his Logistic & Industrial Services career in 1997 as a software sales executive for Computer Associates, Acacia Division. He sold warehouse management & logistics solutions to Fortune 1000 companies throughout the southeast. In early 2000, Mr. Smith made his transition into real estate where he honed his skills in land development, construction and commercial real estate consulting.
As illustrated above, Mr. Smith's background allows him a multidisciplinary approach to redefine industrial real estate problems outside the box and reach solutions for his clients based on a new understanding of complex problems. Mr. Smith specializes in the industrial market with particular focus on Tenant and Landlord Representation in the I-20 West Market and Representation of Buyers and Sellers in Sale-Leaseback Transactions.
Mr. Smith started his college career at Furman University where he played football for two years. He then transferred and graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Economics. While there, he participated in UGA's International Business Perspective program where he studied abroad in London, England and Brussels, Belgium.
Mr. Smith is active member of Rotary Club of Marietta, where he is a Paul Harris recipient and a past Board member. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Georgia.
