Liz Koteles is a Leasing Associate with JLL in the Agency Leasing Group in Atlanta. Ms. Koteles current responsibilities include all phases of landlord representation, from creation and implementation of detailed marketing plans to lease analysis, negotiation, and documentation.
Ms. Koteles started her career in investment banking working for the local, middle market firm, VRA Partners. Prior to joining JLL in 2014, Ms. Koteles was a Corporate Strategy and Business Development Manager for Novelis Inc., an $11 billion aluminum manufacturer. With a background in finance and strategy, Ms. Koteles prior experience allows her to take an analytical approach to maximizing value for her clients by developing an in-depth understanding of Atlantas office submarkets, competitive buildings, and tenant roll.
Ms. Koteles graduated magna cum laude from Washington & Lee University with degrees in Business Administration and Spanish. She is a leader in her community serving on the Board of the Peachtree Hills Civic Association. She is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Young Council of Realtors, and NAIOP. Ms. Koteles is a licensed salesperson in the State of Georgia.
