His expertise includes financial analysis, portfolio management, site selection and comprehensive negotiations. His work ethic, integrity and market knowledge align him with his clients' business objectives making him an integral part of their decision making process.
Prior to JLL, Stephen worked with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's industrial transaction services team and Marcus & Millichap's investment sales team.
