Brent Powdrill joined JLL in 2014 as Vice President and is responsible for the marketing and leasing of office properties in the Austin, Texas market, providing strategic leasing initiatives for regional and institutional landlords and developers.
Brent Powdrill began his career in 2007 as the Director of Market Research at Cushman Wakefield/Oxford Commercial. As Director he performed research and analysis regarding building vacancies, new and anticipated construction, rental rates, and absorption, which gave him a comprehensive understanding of the Austin commercial real estate market. Brent made the transition to office agency leasing as an Associate in 2009. Despite a slow real estate market, Brent quickly began adding Class A and B office product to his portfolio and developing strong client relationships. Brent was a top 10 overall producer in 2012 for Cushman Wakefield/Oxford Commercial and named a Vice President in 2013. In 2014, Brent was hired by Jones Lang LaSalle to help build their Austin office leasing team. On behalf of Jones Lang LaSalle, Brent currently represents approximately 1.9 million square feet of office product in the Austin area.

Brent moved to Austin in 2002 and is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin (2006) where he received his BBA in Management from the McCombs School of Business. He is a current board member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) of Austin.
Brent, a native East Texan from Longview, lives and enjoys spending time in Austin's Bouldin Creek Neighborhood with his wife Liz. In their spare time they enjoy traveling, attending sporting events and spending time with great Austin friends.
