With over 25 years experience in commercial real estate, Ms. Ragusa has successfully negotiated 350 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions valued at over $4 billion including work for national clients whose growth strategies were driven by merger and acquisition activity.
Elysia began her career as a broker with The Staubach Company. Her focus on client service, knowledge of transaction management and strategic negotiation skills have been key to successfully leading projects for Austin Ventures, Kimberly-Clark, Ernst & Young, First Tennessee National Bank, Lloyd Gosselink, Southwest Securities Group, Sterling Software, Trilogy, Texas Instruments and Weil Gotshal & Manges among others. In November 1999, Ms. Ragusa and her partner established The Staubach CompanyCentral Texas, LLC and began representing Tenants in Austin.
Prior to its merger with Jones Lang LaSalle, Elysia served as President and Chief Operating Officer of The Staubach Company from July, 2001-June 2007. As President and COO she oversaw TSCs North American operations and provided strategic direction for all business units. Under Elysia's leadership, Staubach was established as one of the most prominent real estate service providers in the U.S. Elysias focus on business development has supported Staubach s achievement of one of the highest broker production rates in the industry and an average 20% annual growth under her leadership The Staubach Company grew from $200 million to $550 million in revenue.
