Peter joined JLL in August of 2014 and brings more than four years of relationship-building experience in the Baltimore area to the Agency Leasing team.
Prior to joining JLL, Peter was a founding member of GiveCorps, an online fundraising solution, where he oversaw Baltimore activities until its acquisition by Network for Good. In this role, he brought together constituents across the nonprofit, small business, government, corporate and consumer sectors to strengthen and support community-based projects in the greater Baltimore region. Most notably, he was the driving force behind the Bmore Gives More campaign, an effort that mobilized the city to raise $5.7 million for local charities in a single day.
During this time, he concurrently served as an assistant to the principal at Lehr Jackson Associates, helping to market, lease and conceptualize retail spaces in Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC. Peter looks forward to continuing to apply these experiences, and his lifelong interest in commercial leasing and urban planning to meet the real estate needs of JLLs partners and clients.
Peter is a Baltimore native and passionately gives back to his hometown community. He volunteers with and serves on the boards of numerous Baltimore nonprofits, helping to address a wide of range of issues including food insecurity, homelessness, childhood education, neighborhood revitalization and the strengthening of Baltimores cultural fabric. Some of these include:
Moveable Feast Board of Directors, Ride for the Feast Committee, Development Committee
Pratt Contemporaries Board of Directors, Black & White Party Planning Committee
Living Classrooms Foundation 2012 Rising Stars Honoree
Peter received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Urban Studies with a minor in Architectural Studies from Trinity College in Hartford, CT. His academic focus centered around the impact that policy, economics and culture had on the built environments of cities around the world.
