Todd is a Managing Director responsible for providing real estate advisory and transaction services to corporate end-users and individual and institutional owners of commercial real estate. He is a member of the Industrial Brokerage and Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions Groups.
Todd has more than 20 years of global experience in strategic planning, marketing, leadership and management, business development, business execution and negotiating for clients, including 10 years in the commercial real estate industry.
Todd joined JLL in 2008 through the acquisition of The Staubach Company. He has extensive experience representing industrial and office users for site selection, leasing, acquisition and disposition requirements. Todd has represented clients such as Under Armour, Tootsie Roll Industries, CSC, Procter & Gamble, United Stationers, Con-way, Life Science Logistics and Kaiser Permanente. He has successfully represented institutional owners for agency leasing of both existing and build to suit product. Todd's experience representing users and owners covers a broad range of product class type and size.
Immediately prior to joining Staubach, Todd was responsible for International Business Development for a business unit of Northrop Grumman Corporation. In advance of joining Northrop Grumman, Todd had worked in the information technology sector, as a marketing manager. Todd served six years as an officer in the United States Navy after graduating from the United States Naval Academy. While on active duty, he served as a Surface Warfare Officer including four years of sea duty and two years at the Defense Intelligence Agency as a Directorate Executive Officer. Todd held a Top Secret SCI clearance.
Todd is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland and Pennsylvania and is a member of Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
