Mr. Bryan Sparkes joined JLL's Leasing group in 2007 and specializes in the representation of tenants and landlords throughout Downtown Boston. He leverages his knowledge of the local market dynamics and trends to assist clients in advancing their corporate objectives through strategic real estate counsel. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Sparkes spent three years at Grubb & Ellis Company as a tenant advisor, focusing exclusively on the Downtown marketplace.

Mr. Sparkes is part of the leasing team for this 1,000,000 SF tower that is owned by a partnership between MetLife and Norges. The team is currently in the middle of re-branding project to specifically target Cambridge based tenants due to the buildings proximity to Cambridge and tight Cambridge office market.
- co-directs the leasing team hired by Synergy Investments to market and lease this 440,000 square foot boutique, historic tower in the Financial District
Mr. Sparkes is part of a two person leasing team that was hired by Meritage Properties in 2013 to lease this 74,000 square foot building. The team successfully leased the building to full capacity and recently retained the leasing after the building sold to ClearRock Properties.
Mr. Sparkes co-leased the marketing and leasing of 24 Federal Street and 3 Post Office Square in downtown Boston.These two buildings are owned by Aegean Capital.
