Sybase: responsible for advising Sybase locally on the disposition of 42,000 sf at 5 Concord Farms in Concord and the eventual office relocation/renewal in approximately 100,000 SF.
Cisco: recently successfully negotiated an early buyout on their 28,000 sf lease in Burlington.
GSI: member of the team currently advising GSI on real estate disposition and relocation strategies as the company tries to downsize from 150,000 sf to approximately 80,000 sf
Monster: Part of the real estate team advising them locally; currently working on a 50,000 sf disposition assignment in Maynard, Massachusetts.
City Sports: Helped negotiate their 40,000 sf Wilmington lease renewal; currently acting as their real estate advisor for future expansion.
Convexity Capital: hired to locate a suburban disaster recovery center; successfully negotiated a solution at 30 Corporate Drive in Burlington.
A.I.M. Mutual Insurance: hired to relocate and expand 40,000 sf headquarters at Northwest Park in Burlington. Sprint: Member of the team responsible for advising Sprint on the disposition of their excess space in the Northwest Market and new lease for 28,000 sf in Burlington
Cintas: Helped relocate and expand the group into 20,000 sf in Woburn.
Dartmouth Group: Member of the team who successfully advised the Dartmouth Group in the relocation of their headquarters in Lexington
Lockheed Martin: Member of the advisory team who advised Lockheed locally on several assignments totaling over 45,000 sf in the Burlington and Billerica markets Adelphia: Helped locate their new office and move them into 15,000 sf up in Andover.
The Irving Companies: hired to negotiate a contraction and renewal at 25 Mall Rd in Burlington
