John serves as Managing Director for JLL's industrial services team in Charlotte, North Carolina. He brings over 18 years of real estate experience to the team, and will focus on industrial tenant representation, facility and land disposition, regional site analysis and investment sales.

John began his career working with Whiteside Properties, a boutique
industrial real estate firm specializing in industrial tenant
representation. In 2002, John joined
Colliers Pinkard and achieved success representing industrial users and
institutional owners in transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet. Named Partner to the firm in 2006, John was
consistently ranked as one of the top producers. Recruited to JLL in 2008, John
serves on the Supply Chain and Logistics Team and works to provide his clients
with “best-in-class” service by leveraging his supply chain and real estate
contacts across the global platform at JLL.
