Tom specializes in agency leasing in the greater Charlotte, North Carolina region. Tom has a high energy approach to agency leasing and treats each asset as though it is personally his own.
Tom has experience working on behalf of building owners and developers in the leasing, management and implementation of value added strategies for their assets. He works closely with the Agency Leasing team in all aspects of their day-to-day business with the Office portfolio.
Tom began his career in commercial real estate as a Real Estate Manager for CB Richard Ellis from 2006 to 2011. At CB Richard Ellis he handled a wide portfolio of properties. He has covered properties in Uptown, South Charlotte, East Charlotte, I-77 corridor, and the University area, which ranged from Office, Industrial, Retail and Data Centers.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Tom spent a year and a half in Washington, D.C. with Booz Allen Hamilton serving as a consultant on the Economic and Business Systems Analysis team that was embedded with the Homeland Security Department.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Economics from Hampden-Sydney College. He was a four year member of the nationally-ranked Varsity Lacrosse team, which won a conference championship and played in three NCAA tournaments.

Tom is a member of the YMCA and a volunteer coach with the Charlotte Youth Lacrosse Association. He is also a Lacrosse coach for Providence Day School.
