Dan McGillicuddy is a Managing Director with Jones Lang LaSalle working as a transaction manager on the Industrial Services team. Dan works with many corporate clients on site selection and supply chain strategy as well as traditional real estate solutions. Dans list of clients includes, Navistar, Bridgestone, The United States Post Office, ConAgra Foods, PepsiCo and Advance Auto.
As a tenant representative, Dan has completed more than 150 transactions totaling more than $400,000,000 in value. Responsible for assuring the client's interests are represented, Dan has saved his clients an estimated 20% - 25% in total occupancy costs, as well as mitigating the client's risk and exposure throughout each transaction.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2002, Dan spent two years with The Morgan Companies, where he gained a well-rounded real estate education in construction, development and brokerage. At the Morgan Companies, Dan was responsible for all of the permitting and entitlements work for new construction. Dan was also a contributing factor in the acquisition of a $60,000,000 industrial portfolio, and was responsible for leasing a portfolio of over 400,000 square feet of office, industrial and flex space.
Dan received his Bachelors Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois. He is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Salesperson, a member of AIRE Association of Industrial Real Estate, and a member of The Illinois Real Estate Alumni Forum. Dan is also actively involved in charitable activities for Misericordia taking part in Candy Days as well as co-hosting an annual fundraiser.
