Deanna is the Practice Group Lead in the Midwest Markets Tenant Representation group. In this role, she establishes new and builds existing industry practice groups to win business and increase differentiation. Her primary focus is on the Headquarters Practice Group, which provides holistic corporate headquarters strategy, and Occupier Development Services, a transparent and cost-efficient development process for occupiers unable to find suitable existing space in the marketplace. She develops and executes go-to-market plans for these and other industry groups, establishing operations protocols, building internal and external awareness and supporting deliverable creation.
Prior to her current role, Deanna was the Americas Knowledge Manager for Project and Development Services. Her responsibilities included managing all sales and marketing content for the national project management team, responding to proposals for corporate accounts and local work and serving as a central point of contact for all other business development needs.
Prior to joining JLL, Deanna was an Associate at MacGregor Global Investments. Deanna was responsible for consulting programs focused on corporate growth strategy, investment strategy development, private equity real estate product design, marketing material creation and operational due diligence. She also led institutional capital raising campaigns covering investors and pension consultants for global commingled fund and separate account programs.
Deanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Social Policy from Northwestern University and resides in Chicago, Illinois. She is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and holds FINRA Series 7, 66 and 79 licenses. Deanna sings in the Apollo Chorus of Chicago, sits on the Advisory Board of Camp Kesem Northwestern and is an active member of the Northwestern University Alumni Admission Council.
