Based in Chicago, Jason ("JT") specializes in retail tenant representation in all major Midwest markets. He helps retailers identify and secure optimal locations to reach customers and drive value for their organization. His responsibilities also include overseeing the national roll-outs of corporate retailers' Real Estate strategy initiatives throughout the Central US. Jason specializes in market intelligence, building relationships, strategic planning, and financial consulting to better assist clients in achieving maximum value. His expert knowledge of the Chicago real estate market has made him an invaluable team member.
Jason brings 15 years of experience in the real estate industry as a senior real estate/strategic development advisor and has served as an integral part of the growth efforts of diverse regional and national retailers. Throughout his career, JT has been able to develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate retailers and the brokerage community to serve a diverse clientele in multiple markets. He started with JLL as part of the team that helped to grow Bank of America in Chicago, which was the first market the bank had ever endeavored to grow organically. His additional experience includes serving within the internal real estate department of Potbelly Sandwich Works as a Development Manager, directing the roll-out of new stores in Texas. He also worked at Millennium Venture Group where he began his career developing small-format stores for LavAzza Coffee and T-Mobile in Chicago and Dallas.
Jason earned an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Real Estate, Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan. He holds his real estate license in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
