Lindsey Fahey is a Vice President for Jones Lang LaSalle's Capital Markets group in Chicago with more than 12 years of real estate experience. She is responsible for project management and execution for the Development & Asset Strategy group. Ms. Fahey is involved in strategy development and real estate disposition and advisory services for clients ranging from local nonprofits and public sector organizations to publicly traded companies to in the Chicago market as well as across the United States.
Recent projects include providing real estate transaction advisory services to the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and McDonald's Corporation as well as serving as lead strategist for the disposition of assets for Anixter Center in Chicago's Lincoln Park market. Ms. Fahey has also completed highest and best use studies for transit oriented development properties throughout the City of Chicago and led portfolio strategy development in Latin America for Procter & Gamble.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Ms. Fahey was a Realty Specialist for the U.S General Services Administration where she led market research, financial analysis and led lease negotiations for federal lease transactions. Ms. Fahey has also worked as an Associate Planner at Thompson Dyke & Associates in Chicago where she served a variety of public sector and institutional clients.
