Lyle is responsible for the leasing of a 1.5 million square foot portfolio of institutional grade office space in the East-West Corridor sub-market of suburban Chicago.
Throughout the course of Lyle’s 29 years in the business, Lyle has developed full asset life-cycle experience with responsibility in acquisition, property management and accounting, leasing, asset management and dispositions.
He has completed more than $325 million in multi-market investment transactions and over a $1+ billion in leasing transactions.
Prior to joining JLL, Lyle was an Acquisition Director for Romanek Properties in Northbrook. He was responsible for the origination and underwriting of investment opportunities in the midwest. Prior to this, Lyle was Vice President of Investments for Equity Office Properties Trust (EOP) in Chicago. There he was responsible for investment strategy in Chicago, Atlanta, and New Orleans, including acquisitions, dispositions, market analysis, contract negotiations, and semi-annual valuations of all EOP assets within the assigned geographic territories.
Prior to joining the Investments Group at EOP, Lyle was a Leasing Director with EOP, acting as Suburban Team Leader with responsibility for the marketing and leasing of the EOP suburban portfolio, a 4.5 million s.f. portfolio of Class A office buildings encompassing three submarkets, consistently exceeding leasing projections (500,000+ s.f. annually) and maintaining occupancies well above market averages. During this time he was an International TOBY Award team member and was twice nominated for EOP Deal of the Year.

Lyle earned a B.S. in Business Economics from Southern Illinois University and is an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker.
