Paul Petricca is currently a senior broker in downtown Chicago. Paul is also a member of the executive team in Chicago, responsible for business development and client relationship management.
Paul joined JLL in 1989. Since then he has held several challenging positions and worked on a number of large, complex leasing and management assignments for the firm.
Over the past six years, he has concentrated on leasing assignments in the Chicago metropolitan area and has been the Chicago market representative of the Rangers, a unique national client relationship management team.
As an owners representative in downtown Chicago, Paul has completed over 100 deals totaling approximately 700,000 s.f. over the past 36 months.
From 1998 to 2004, Paul was the Regional Leasing Director for Suburban Chicago. He was the Regional Manager for the Midwest Region from 1996 to 1998.
As Regional Manager, Paul was responsible for JLL's leasing and management business in five Midwestern cities. As Regional Leasing Director and Regional Manager, Pauls region consistently achieved or exceeded annual client operational objectives and leasing targets.
From 1993 to 1997, Paul was the Leasing Director of The Chancellory, a five-building, 1.2 million s.f. office complex in Itasca, Illinois; and from 1989 to 1993, he was the General Manager of Commerce Plaza, a 500,000 rentable s.f. office complex in Oak Brook, Illinois.
Prior to joining JLL, Paul enjoyed a nine-year career in the computer industry in sales and sales management with IBM Corporation and Control Data Corporation.
Paul holds an M.B.A. in finance from Loyola University of Chicago and a B.S. in marketing from Illinois State University.
