Steve Ostrowski is a Vice President of the JLL Midwest Industrial Services team where he is focused on new business efforts and developing long-term client relationships with strategic partners.
Steve represents institutional, corporate and private entities in the sale, lease and acquisition of distribution and manufacturing facilities. He is a member of the JLL Industrial Food & Beverage Group, and has served as a representative on the JLL Industrial Executive Committee.
Steve has been a professional real estate broker with JLL since 2010. Steve is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of industrial sales experience. Before joining JLL he was a Project Manager at J20 Investments, Inc. a privately held real estate investment firm in Chicago specializing in multi-family investments.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, his career was in the business information services industry, predominantly serving industrial manufacturing clients. His positions included Midwest Regional Manager for Reed Business Information (RUK: US) in Chicago and East Coast Regional Manager with Penton Media, Inc. in New York City.
Additionally, Steve was the Group Sales Manager at Scranton Gillette Communications and the West Coast Sales Director for Zweig White Information Services. Steve started his professional career with Littelfuse, Inc., (LFUS: US) a world leading circuit protection manufacturer based in Chicago.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in communication studies from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. in finance from Loyola University. Steve is a licensed real estate broker and received his certificate of completion in the Core Components of Commercial Brokerage from the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
Steve was a four-year letter winner and team captain on the Northwestern University football team and earned Gamma Phi Beta distinction while attending the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
