Todd specializes in CRE strategy and portfolio management. His national transaction experience equates to more than 600 transactions, representing over $1 billion in transaction value. Todd serves as an account manager or single point of contact for a number of JLL clients.
In addition to advising clients, Todd serves as JLL's President of the IPS Broker Leadership Council for the United States. In that role, Todd leads in expanding resources and services for the JLL team and ensuring best practices are shared around the country.
Todd has over 25 years of real estate experience providing tenant-focused CRE services to both local and national clients. Todd's diligence has helped some of the country's largest companies achieve their real estate objectives, saving them millions of dollars in occupancy costs.
Current clients include national and international professional service firms, financial service firms, and business process outsourcing companies.
Prior to joining JLL. Todd spent nearly 25 years with Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ-Equis) where he focused on corporate accounts, consulting, portfolio planning, tenant representation and sat on the leadership team for the Chicago office.
