Jacob Stammen is an Associate with JLL specializing in both landlord and tenant representation serving the Cincinnati, Dayton and northern Kentucky markets.
Beginning his career with JLL in 2014 as an intern, Jacob was quickly promoted to Associate. His roster of landlord clients has grown to include such respected owners as Neyer Properties, Fox 19, L&E Research, Fairbridge Capital and Miller-Valentine. During his tenure at JLL, he has spearheaded all disposition negotiations for First Financial Bank totaling several million dollars.
Jacob has represented prestigious local and Fortune 500 companies including Clif Bar, Lindt Chocolate, AstraZeneca, Wood Herron & Evans, United Insurance, Humana, PNC Bank, Toyota, IRI Worldwide, NCR, CE Power, Camfil USA, OSHA, AFLAC, Apogee Engineering and ThyssenKrupp.
Prior to his work with JLL, Jacob worked with Sperry Van Ness Levental Realty and Robert K. Futterman & Associates in Manhattan, the largest retail brokerage in North America, focusing on leasing, development, project consulting, strategic market analysis and execution of acquisitions and dispositions for client portfolios.
A licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in the States of Ohio and Kentucky, Jacob is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Professional Leadership Network of the Dan Beard Council. He serves as a junior board member for the Greater Cincinnati Foundation where he assists in awarding funds to local non-profits.
Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Farmer School of Business and a minor in Political Science and Finance at Miami University of Ohio. While in Oxford, Jacob participated in the Miami Real Estate Club gathering real-world experience through the organization's industry events.
