Josh is a Vice President in the Cincinnati, Ohio region which also includes Dayton and the Northern Kentucky market. He is responsible for providing corporate real estate consulting services to clients, focusing mainly on their office space needs.
Josh has over 20 years of experience including working for one of the biggest commercial landlords in the region. He uses his experience as a former Landlord Rep to bring a competitive advantage to the table when he is negotiating for his clients.
Josh is a licensed agent in the state of Ohio and Kentucky. He strives to make sure that his clients goals are reflected in any contracts they enter into. Josh has completed thousands of leases valued at more than a quarter of a billion dollars.
Josh has a bachelors degree in Marketing & Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business, and serves on the Alumni Board of Governors. Josh is past President of the local chapter of NAIOP and received NAIOPs National Emerging Leaders Award. He is a graduate of The Cincinnati Chambers Leadership Program, C-Change and is active in both the Cincinnati and Anderson Area Chambers of Commerce. Josh is a Board member of the Literacy Network of Greater Cincinnati, the OKI Regional Council of Governments and is also a member of the American City County Exchange Council. Additionally, he is a board member of The Society for the Preservation of Memorial Hall in downtown Over the Rhine. Josh spearheaded the efforts and accepted the BBB Torch Award for Ethical Business Practices on behalf of JLL and was also a recipient of the Business Couriers Forty under 40 Award.
Josh grew up and lives in Anderson Township and is currently serving on the Board of Township Trustees, as well as a member of the Anderson Township Economic Development Committee, Green Space Committee & Anderson Township Park District Foundation Board. He has been married to his wife, Melissa, for 15 years and has three children, Reagan (11), Garrett (7), and Holden (7).
