Coleman is a commercial real estate veteran providing clients unparalleled
experience, service and knowledge in office and industrial real estate. With a specialty in Office Landlord and
Tenant representation, Andrew advises local and national clients on corporate
real estate portfolios, Class A office developments, headquarters transactions
and strategic planning.
Years of Experience
Mr. Coleman has over 12 years of
experience in the commercial real estate industry, with transactions
totaling in excess of$50M in
revenue across ten (10) countries. Prior to joining JLL in 2006, Mr.
Coleman was an Associate at CBRE where he oversaw agency leasing activity for a
one million square foot suburban office portfolio. While at CBRE Andrew was
awarded Rookie of the Year. During his tenureat
JLL, Mr. Coleman has also served as a Transaction Manager
for the PNC Bank real estate portfolio team. On this team, Andrew managed a 9M
square foot portfolio of commercial real estate spanning 1,800 properties
nationwide. In 2013 Mr. Coleman was promoted to Associate Director at JLL.
He was promoted to Executive Vice
President in 2016 and was awarded JLLs Gold Achiever recognition.
Mr. Coleman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Lawrence
University in New York and where
he a member of the varsity swim team. Prior to his undergraduate studies,
Mr. Coleman attended The Hawken School in Gates Mills, Ohio.
