Mr. Gross is an Executive Vice President of a Markets team based in Cleveland, Ohio. In this capacity, he advises and represents local and national office space users on issues and options involving location, timing, ownership, leasing, development, and build-to-suit and space selection.
Mr. Gross has over 20 years of national transaction experience. This includes extensive experience in transaction management, execution, strategic portfolio planning, build-to-suits and site selection analysis. Mr. Gross has been responsible for JLLs strategic alliance with Lubrizol Corporation since 2004. As such, he has overall responsibility for the management and oversight of transaction services provided to Lubrizol on a global basis. Since joining JLL in 1997, he has completed over 3 million square feet of transactions. Most recently, Mr. Gross completed a sale leaseback transaction for Bank of America on a 706,000 square foot office campus in Beachwood, Ohio to the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Bank of America will lease back slightly more than half of the space, and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation will occupy the remainder.

Prior to joining JLL in 1996, Mr. Gross was Director of Dispositions at Society National Bank (now KeyCorp). Mr. Gross began his real estate career with Colliers International in brokerage, where he completed over 150 sale and lease transactions with an aggregate value of $20 million. He also worked as Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young upon graduation from college.
