Mr. Messina is responsible for the management of industrial client relationships and projects. Clients include TTI Floorcare (Hoover), Edge Park Medical, Lubrizol Corporation and McDonald's. Mr. Messina's core focus is assisting users of real estate in transaction management, incentives negotiation, site selection and new construction.

Mr. Messina has 15 years of corporate real estate experience.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Messina worked for The Staubach Company in business development, client management, real estate transaction, site selection and incentive negotiation across the globe. Mr. Messina has managed over $700M in real estate transactions for his clients.
Mr. Messina is a graduate of Cleveland State University, with a Bachelors Degree in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate. He is also the founder and board member of the K.I.D.S Foundation, an outreach program for children raised in single parent homes.
