Clayton Davis is a Vice President at JLL's Columbus office. Having eight years experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Davis has established himself as a valuable resource to which tenants can turn for their leasing and purchase / sales needs. His market knowledge and negotiating skills combined with his methodical approach to help his clients achieve effective solutions is highly demonstrated in each transaction.
Mr. Davis collaborates closely with JLL's various service lines including brokerage, project development services (PDS), workplace strategy and capital markets. His expertise in total client solutions includes areas such as facility planning, furniture, moves and design which brings additional value to his clients.
He started his career in commercial real estate with Continental Realty where he honed his real estate skills. Prior to that he spent two years with an industrial distribution firm as an account executive where he was awarded an engineering designation and led his region in sales his first year.

Education, affiliations and awards
Davis graduated from Bowling Green State University and received a bachelor of science
in Business Administration and an associate degree in Applied Sciences through the
Community College of the Air Force. In
addition to being a full time student he spent six years in the Ohio Air
National Guard where he performed as a crew chief on the F-16.He
has been affiliated with the Columbus Board of Realtors for over eight years, where he served on the Education
Committee for five years (2012 chair) and was also on the
Benevolence Committee (2016 chair-elect).He
sits on the Nationwide Childrens Hospital Development Board as well as the
Alumni Association Board at Bowling Green State University. Mr. Davis
is also one of the founders of Barrier Breakers of Goodwill Columbus as well as
Five Strong Foundation, Inc. which
is aimed at benefiting athletic
programs for children with developmental disabilities. He is a candidate member of the CCIM
Institute, pursuing the CCIM designation.
He also received the 2012 Excellence in Community Service Award through
the Ohio Association of Realtors.
