As leader of the Dallas industrial group for Jones Lang LaSalle, Craig is responsible for overseeing the strategic development and growth of the industrial focus and execution of industrial and office-technical transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, site selection and build-to-suits.
During his 19 year career, Craig has completed over 32,000,000 square feet of transactions, valued in excess of $350,000,000. This has been crafted through the combination of superior business development, market surveys and analysis, financial analysis and lease/sale negotiations.
Significant transactions include: American Tire Distributors APDI Cartamundi Cobalt Capital Partners DCT Industrial Heitman Properties Hillwood Investment Properties Insco Distributing Miller Electric Company Mueller Industries Rehrig Pacific Company Solo Cup Company Caterpillar Inc.
Prior to joining JLL, Craig was President of the Industrial Division at NAI Robert Lynn. He is a recipient of the 2008 NAIOP Broker of the Year award and numerous Dallas Business Journal Heavy Hitter and CoStar Group Power Broker recognitions.
Craig earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree from The University of Texas at Austin, and is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Highland Park United Methodist Church and the Salesmanship Club of Dallas.
