Current ResponsibilitiesMelissa Holland is a Vice President in the Dallas/Fort Worth Industrial Tenant Representation team. As a team member, Ms. Holland is responsible for new business development, market research, lease negotiations, strategic marketing initiatives, and financial analysis.
Ms. Holland’s tenacity and attention to detail enables her to deliver aggressive, cost-cutting results for her clients. She was recognized in 2008 as a “Top 35 Under 35” Commercial Real Estate Professional for the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

Education and AffiliationsMs. Holland received her Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing degree from Baylor University in 1998. She is a devoted/active member of the Junior League of Dallas and has been for nine years. She is a member of the Elan Circle of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League and is on the volunteer/fundraising committees for The Family Place of Dallas, LaunchAbility (formerly Special Care and Career Services) and St. Judes Dallas Chapter. She is an Auxiliary member of The Family Place and Community Partners of Dallas.
