Ryan Dale is a Vice President with JLL's Agency Leasing group in Dallas, where he is focused on healthcare brokerage and medical office leasing throughout Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding markets. Primary responsibilities include working directly with the healthcare enduser, from local and regional hospital systems to individual healthcare providers in establishing new medical office locations. Also responsible for direct coordination and relationship management with: local brokers, physician clients (as tenants and investment partners), local/regional hospital and healthcare systems, institutional owners such as national healthcare REITs, tenant representatives, medical practice managers, lending institutions, private equity partners, general contractors and architects/engineers.
With over 9 years of experience in Dallas commercial real estate brokerage and development, Mr. Dales primary focus throughout his entire career has been in healthcare real estate: medical office leasing (3rd-party and equity-owned), physician tenant representation, medical office development (multi-tenant and single-tenant build-to-suit), financial modeling and project underwriting, site due diligence, asset disposition, and land acquisition.
Mr. Dale began his real estate career in 2006 with The Cirrus Group, a Dallas-based full service medical services developer specializing in the delivery of new, state-of-the-art medical facilities. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Dale was a Vice President at PM Realty Group within the Healthcare Advisory Group. During his first year at PMRG he was awarded the national firms Rookie of the Year award recognizing his exceptional contributions and performance through transaction volume and deals sourced (awarded to one PMRG employee nationally with 1 year or less at the company). Since 2008, he has negotiated and executed over 565,000 square feet in medical office leases, resulting in the placement of over 230 physicians (single practitioner, multi-physician practices) and representative of over $60M in total lease value.

Represented and negotiated the relocation of a multi-physician primary care practice (over 40 physicians) from their existing 30,000 SF location to a new, full floor medical office suite of over 44,000 SF, 15-year term.
Partnered with a regional hospital system in establishing 2 free-standing emergency care departments in 2 different suburban markets (each emergency department is over 12,000 SF, both 10-year terms).
Involved in the disposition of 3 medical office buildings totaling 154,000 SF (all were developed, owned, leased and managed by PMRG); the transaction was valued at over $42M.
Primary leasing agent involved in pitching/presenting 5 proposed medical office buildings (each located in separate sub-markets within north Texas and Oklahoma), taking each assignment from concept and drawing board, exceeding each of the respective developments pre-leasing thresholds required by the developer and lender (<60%), which finally resulted in the delivery of a new multi-tenant medical office building within each of these communities.
Mr. Dale received a Bachelor of Arts in Letters & Classics from The University of Oklahoma in 2006. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesman and a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC), TREC Young Guns, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors Young Professionals. Additionally, he is a member of The TouchDown Club (a Dallas charity organization benefitting The Rise School of Dallas), Co-Chair of the Rise Cup Classic (annual Dallas commercial real estate golf tournament), and Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church.
