Carmon Hicks is a member of JLLs Logistics & Industrial Services team. He specializes in owner-user sales, leasing, investment dispositions and acquisitions of industrial land and buildings. Carmon has built strong relationships with institutional, regional, local and national corporate clients.
He currently represents Colony Capital Partners in the leasing and management of their 400,000-square-foot Denver portfolio; and he leases and manages 200,000 square feet of multi-tenant buildings for Bedrosians Tile.
Among his more notable assignments, Carmon managed the disposition of Lauth Property Groups Denver portfolio, which currently consists of a 128-acre development site. On behalf of Lauth and GE Capital, he completed the disposition of a 407,000-square-foot Class A distribution facility. He also completed the disposition of a 161,000-square-foot Class A distribution facility owned by Pacifica Real Estate Group, as well as an 85,000-square-foot renewal for Lagasse Sweet. Additionally, Carmon represents First Industrial in the leasing of several multi-tenant properties totaling over 500,000 square feet.

Carmon received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University. He is currently involved in the following organizations: JLLs Supply Chain and Logistics Practice group, Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and Step Up for Cancer. He also is a board member for Cleo Parker Robinson Dance and the Excel Institute, as well as a council member for the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.
