Louis Rosenthal serves as Executive Vice President of JLLs Tenant Representation group. He specializes in devising and implementing real estate cost reduction strategies for major corporations and local professional firms. On behalf of clients, he leverages his 25 years of experience, representing both tenants and landlords, to more effectively identify market trends, analyze location alternatives and building systems, and negotiate favorable financial terms and lease documents.
Louis has extensive experience in negotiating leases for general purpose office space, data center, trading floor, disaster recovery, and medical space users. He has in-depth knowledge of the Houston Office Markets, building operating expenses, building infrastructure, construction, financial analysis and lease documentation. Additionally, he has represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of office buildings and land.
Louis has brought a unique perspective to negotiating more than 750 office lease transactions totaling more than seven million square feet. He has been a student of the Houston office market for more than 25 years and has written numerous articles and published more than 20 JLL Houston office market forecasts during his twelve years with the company.
Prior to joining JLL, Louis worked for Houston-based developers Martin Fein Interests, Inc. and Mark Lee & Associates, Inc., as well as the commercial brokerage firm, Grubb & Ellis.
