Brandon Delanois' focus is on agency leasing and tenant representation for retail projects throughout the state of Florida. He helps owners/investors develop and execute leasing strategies and negotiate deal transactions that maximize a property's full potential.
His strong market knowledge and strategic insights enable him to also help retailers identify and secure optimal locations to reach customers and drive value for their organization.
Due to his vast experience, Brandon has developed and maintains strong relationships with retailers, investors and the brokerage community.
Prior to joining JLL, Brandon previously worked for the UCF Convocation Corporation as the Director of Development and Promotions where he was responsible for reviewing prospective retail tenants to ensure financial viability and a complementary tenant mix.
Additionally, he worked for CRE Consultants (former CB Richard Ellis alliance) as an Associate Director and successfully represented retailers including Bank of America, Auto Owners Insurance and Sprint/Nextel Corporation.
His additional experience includes working for Commercial Property Southwest Florida (Cushman & Wakefield alliance) where he represented national financial and health care institutions as the exclusive landlord representative.
He also worked as a legislative aide to Rep. Scott Plakon in the Florida House of Representatives where he was responsible for policy analysis, development, research, office management and public relations.
Brandon earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a focus on real estate finance and investment analysis from the University of Central Florida.
He is a recipient of the 2010 CoStar Power Broker award and is currently, a licensed real estate broker in Florida.
Brandon is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
