Kyle Crennan joined JLL in March of 2010 as part of the team responsible for launching the firm's Long Island office. He currently works with corporate clients on Long Island and in the New York City outer borough of Queens to evaluate existing and future real estate requirements with an eye towards cost containment and site selection/analysis. Mr. Crennan has been responsible for the handling of a wide variety of tenant representation assignments; providing insight and experience to many corporate clients. His exposure to both the ownership and client side of the business has provided invaluable experience as it relates to structuring transactions.
Mr. Crennan has worked with a wide variety of tenants over his eight-year career, including Bank of America, N.A., Bessemer Trust Company, MetLife, Inc., JPMorgan Chase, UnitedHealthcare, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., and TriNet HR Corp.
