Ben Stapleton serves as the practice lead for Jones Lang LaSalle's global CleanTech Practice Group which is focused on representing renewable energy and clean technology companies in addressing their real estate needs.
Ben brings over ten years of project management experience in Information Technology to the Jones Lang LaSalle team. His talents and experience have proven invaluable in managing, negotiating and executing commercial real estate transactions that exceed expectations. Ben's business school training helps him bring a consultative approach to strategic planning and an in-depth understanding of the financial implications of real estate decisions.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle Ben was an Associate Director with Newmark Knight Frank. He managed, negotiated, and executed multi-million dollar commercial real estate transactions while working within a team structure. Developed, pitched, and closed on client accounts, consistently increasing annual revenues in excess of $1M.
