Hayley English Blockley joined JLL's Downtown Los Angeles office as a Senior Vice President in 2012.
Hayley's range of experience includes landlord and tenant representation, as well as investment and owner/user sales with a variety of institutional and private clients, including Kilroy Realty Corporation, Brookfield Properties, CIM, Ocean West, Lincoln Property Company, and Douglas Emmett.
Hayley has over ten years of experience in the Los Angeles commercial real estate market.
Prior to joining JLL, Hayley spent seven years with Cushman & Wakefield.
Focusing her practice on creative, media and entertainment-related clients and specialized real estate across the LA Basin, her experience includes representing Sony on the Westside, EMI/Capitol Records in Hollywood, and HOK in Culver City. On behalf of Spear Street Capital, Ms. Blockley leased 115,000 s.f. at 800CP in Culver City to Thomson Reuters, Symantec, Syska Hennessy and Meredith Publishing. In the past two years, Ms. Blockley leased office, studio and performance space on private studio lots to Nickelodeon, IHeartRadio, Funny or Die and OWN. Ms. Blockley represented Worthe Real Estate Group and Shorenstein Properties in leases with Microsoft, PlayStation, Saatchi & Saatchi, Verizon and TMZ/Warner Bros. at The Reserve, a new creative office campus redevelopment in Playa Vista. Most recently, her team represented Kilroy in record leases to NeueHouse and Viacom at Columbia Square in a new mixed-use development in Hollywood.
In 2013, Hayley was named to JLL's Leadership Council Advisory Board and one of Southern California's Top Leasing Brokers by Real Estate Forum. Hayley was honored by Bisnow in 2014 as one of their Los Angeles Power Women.
Hayley holds a B.A. with highest honors from the School of Film and Photography at Montana State University.
She is a member of the MSU alumni council, the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association (LACRA) and a volunteer for P.S. Arts.
