Josh has been involved with major build-to-suit transactions for Western Asset Management and the development of the Electronic Arts campus at Playa Vista. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Josh served as Vice President at MPG Office Trust with development, leasing and marketing responsibilities for MPGs over 10 million square foot Los Angeles Basin portfolio.
