He has represented clients in more than 3 million square feet of build-to-suit projects and more than 20,000 acres of land development consulting projects valued at over $1 billion. He has represented clients on 6 million square feet in over 15 states.
In addition to Tom's brokerage experience, he also spent three years as the Vice President of Real Estate for Accruent, the leading US lease administration and portfolio management software company with over 3 billion square feet managed.
