Nicole joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011 as Vice President after spending 3 years at Cushman & Wakefield as a Leasing Agent.
Prior to joining C&W, she spent four years with Crescent Real Estate Equities supporting the VP of Leasing, with an office portfolio of nearly 1.8 million square feet including the 782,000 s.f. class A Miami Center, the second largest office tower in Florida; Datran Center I/II, a 478,000 s.f. class A complex in the Dadeland/Kendall submarket; and two Coral Gables projects: the Alhambra, a 318,000 s.f. office property with class A and B components, and the BAC-Colonnade Building, a 218,000 s.f. class A project.
Since entering the commercial real estate field, Ms. Vassilaros has been involved in the leasing of approximately 1.5 million square feet valued at more than $400 million. Among many other significant career accomplishments, Ms. Vassilaros successfully increased the rental rates at Datran Center by 30% during her first 12-months at the property. She also played a vital part of the occupancy surge at Alhambra West, from 65% to 99% over a 12-month period which included transactions with notable tenants Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, City of Coral Gables, and Bank of Coral Gables.
Ms. Vassilaros earned her Master of International Business in 2009 and Bachelor of Business Administration in 2002 from Florida International University. Ms. Vassilaros has been a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Florida since 2002.
