Nol Steinfeld is Director of JLL's Capital Markets Group. Nol is located in the Atlanta office where she focuses on investment sales, strategic repositioning, debt, joint venture structuring and advisory projects for all asset types throughout the southeast US.
She also oversees client continuity and strategic value initiatives for investor clients of the Firm. Nol has over 19 years of diversified real estate experience.
Prior to joining JLL's Capital Markets Group, Nol served as Executive Vice President of JLL's Agency division, where she was ranked the #1 professional. She has overseen the leasing of multiple product types, including some of Florida's most sophisticated office products, such as 600 Brickell, the State's only LEED Platinum certified building.
In addition, Nol has led several major tenant representation transactions, including the 130,000 SF relocation of the Drug Enforcement Agency.
Prior to joining JLL, Nol was a First Vice President of CBRE, where she was the #2 professional statewide across all product types in 2008.
Nol also served as Vice President of the Trammel Crow Company. She has worked with ground up construction, rehab projects, and with governmental and public-private partnerships.
Nol received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Idaho and a Master's of Arts Degree from the University of Oregon.
She did post graduate work at the Universit of Lyon III in Lyon, France and at the Cervantes Institute in Mlaga, Spain.
Nol is affiliated with NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute. She is licensed in Georgia and Florida.
