Nol Steinfeld is a Director with JLL's Capital Markets Group. Noel is located in the Miami office where she focuses on investment sales, strategic repositioning, debt, joint venture structuring and advisory projects for all asset types throughout the southeast US.
Prior to joining JLL;s Capital Markets Group, Noel served as Senior Vice President with the JLL leasing division where she was ranked the #1 professional. She has overseen the leasing of multiple product types, including some of Floridas most sophisticated office products, such as 600 Brickell, the states only LEED Platinum certified building.
In addition, Noel has been involved in several major tenant representation transactions, including the 130,000 SF relocation of the Drug Enforcement Agency.
Prior to joining JLL, Noel was a First Vice President of CBRE, where she was the #2 professional statewide across all product types in 2008. Noel also served as Vice President of the Trammel Crow Company. She has worked with ground up construction, rehab projects, and with governmental and public-private partnerships.
Noel received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Idaho and a Masters of Arts Degree from the University of Oregon.
Noel is a member of NAIOP, CIASF, CREW, and Chairs the Greater Miami Chamber/New World Center Mobility Committee.
