Pete Kostroski is a Vice President in the Minneapolis, MN office of JLL's Tenant Representation practice. He is responsible for service client relationships in regard to commercial real estate needs on a local, national and global basis. Pete has been advising corporate occupiers in strategic real estate planning and transaction management since 2007. His experience includes financial analysis, opportunity assessment, occupancy planning, location advisory and lease negotiations.
Whether site specific or portfolio based, Pete's primary focus is to align his client's business objectives with the right real estate decision. By leveraging his extensive market knowledge and proven expertise, he is able to provide a customized plan designed to lower overall real estate costs and increase profitability. His ability to transform challenges into cost savings has resulted in a significant value-add for numerous companies.
During Petes time in the real estate industry, he has gained experience with acquisitions, dispositions, investment sales and a significant amount of lease transactions. Some of the clients that Pete has worked with include Prime Therapeutics, DLR Group, Smiths Medical, HeartSavers, Gabriel DeGrood Bendt, Boston Scientific, Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly, Franklin Street Bakery, DiaMedica and Set Sight.

Pete is a graduate of DePauw University located in Greencastle, Indiana where he majored in Psychology and minored in Economics.
Pete is currently pursuing his MBA at Carlson School of Management - University of Minnesota.
