Mr. Haber will be an integral member of the New York City brokerage team concentrating on client development and strategic advisory services to both tenants and landlords. Mr. Habers experience in lease negotiations together with his strong financial background have led him to become a trusted real estate advisor and are valuable assets in managing relationships for all real estate assignments.
Mr. Haber most recently graduated with an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College with a concentration in real estate. Prior to receiving his MBA, Mr. Haber spent five years at Newmark Knight Frank where he was responsible for representing both tenants and landlords in leasing transactions in the New York Metropolitan Area. Mr. Haber was the primary leasing agent for numerous buildings in Manhattan for some of New Yorks most prominent landlords, such as The Moinian Group and APF Properties. Mr. Habers responsibilities included coordinating asset management, property management and leasing function interactions as well as leading space tours and developing lease analysis for prospective tenants. While at Newmark, Mr. Haber also represented The Lifton Company in the sale of 365 Stewart Avenue in Garden City and in relocating various companies, such as CDS International, Go Smile, and Middleberg Communications. Mr. Haber received his MBA from the Zicklin School of Business where he was a member of the Full-Time Honors Program. While at Zicklin, Mr. Haber was the President of the Graduate Real Estate Club. In 2003, Mr. Haber graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in Communications.
Mr. Haber is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New York. Mr. Haber is an active member of the Israel Bonds Real Estate New Leadership Cabinet and both the University of Michigan and The Dalton School Alumni Associations.
