Amy Zhen specializes in tenant representation and agency leasing. She has represented landlord clients including Madison Capital, Normandy Real Estate Partners, TIAA, Related, NYRT, Barings, Savanna amongst others. Ms. Zhen has extensive knowledge of the New York market and its submarkets and a deep understanding of the complexities of both tenants' and owners' needs and expectations.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Zhen has been involved in many high profile and "Flagship" transactions in New York. She was responsible for helping furniture retailer, Room & Board, expand their footprint in New York with a 60,000 sf flagship space, bringing Barney's New York to Chelsea with a 50,000 sf flagship, securing first retail location for Tory Burch Sport concept at 129 Fifth Avenue and most recently completing 20,000 sf for PetSmart's new urban format concept at 10 Madison Square Park.
In addition, Ms. Zhen represents some of the top global brands in their retail strategy and planning. These include luxury companies such as Nespresso, Swedish bed-manufacturer Hästens, and global financial services firm JP Morgan Chase & Co. to name a few.
In 2016, Amy was named a "JLL Top Gun" for outstanding performance and production.
Education and Affiliations
Ms. Zhen earned her bachelors of science in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is also a member of Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Ms. Zhen is a licensed real estate broker.
