As a member of one of the NY market's most active brokerage teams, Dan represents tenants across various industries to plan and execute corporate real estate strategies. Dan's deep market knowledge combined with the broad range of resources at JLL allows for a unique and creative approach to identifying results-driven occupancy solutions; including relocation strategies, lease renewals, expansions, dispositions, consolidations, and occupancy cost reductions. Dan plays an integral role in enhancing JLL's market outreach while providing a high level of service to client assignments.

Most notably, Dan is a mentor in New York City's iMentor volunteer organization; a program focused on building mentoring relationships that empower students from low-income communities to graduate high school, succeed in college, and achieve their ambitions.
