Kirill D. Azovtsev is working directly for the Vice Chairman and Head of Brokerage at a premier global real estate advisory firm.
In this role he is responsible for strategic client development and relationship management, including the ongoing development related to commercial real estate opportunities for corporate clients globally.
In addition, in this role he represents tenants in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties/office space including developing relocation strategies, identifying occupancy cost reductions, and lease negotiations.
Where applicable, Kirill is also involved in landlord representation.

Kirill began his real estate career at Houlihan Parnes Realtor, LLC in an entry level role where he supported senior executives in the day-to-day operations of the firm. This opportunity provided Kirill with a well-rounded insight into the industry which he further explored through his completion of related coursework at New York University.
He was then recruited by The Vortex Group, LLC., another commercial real estate company headquartered in Midtown Manhattan. The firm's niche was to focus on exclusively representing tenants interests utilizing extensive marketplace knowledge and demonstrated negotiating tactics leveraging their tenancy when negotiating with a landlord. The firm was primarily focused on advising local, national and global firms as well as institutional owners with additional focus on specific tenants office space needs.
Kirill is currently working directly for the Vice Chairman and Head of Brokerage and is part of industry's most active brokerage teams.
