Gregg joined Jones Lang LaSalle in April 2010, and was the first hire for the newly formed Hampton Roads office serving the Southeastern Virginia MSA, which is the 35th largest market in the country. The Hampton Roads region is located in the southeast corner of Virginia at the entrance to the Chesapeake Bay. The area stretches from the North Carolina border to the south up through James City County and Williamsburg to the north, and includes the cities of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Chesapeake, Hampton, and Newport News, as well as ten adjacent counties. His current responsibilities include a portfolio of institutional grade properties comprising approximately one and a half million square feet. In addition, Gregg handles and has handled a number of tenant representation requirements and investment sales transactions.
Gregg has over 22 years' experience and has negotiated over $500 million dollars' worth of commercial leases, dispositions, and acquisitions over his twenty years of real estate experience including his work on the single largest suburban Class "A" office building sale in the Hampton Roads market, investment sale of the year in the Hampton Roads market in 2011, the industrial sale of the year in 2006, (the largest office leases in 2011, 2013, (and the second largest industrial lease in 2008).
