David is a Senior Vice President, specializing in Tenant Representation, re-development and adaptive re-use of both corporate headquarters and retail call center spaces. David recently completed the repositioning and 100% lease up of 360,000 s.f. Sea Harbor Office Center with a 320,000 s.f. headquarters lease to Wyndham Vacation Ownership Resorts. He is presently repositioning the 1 million s.f. West Oaks Mall, completing 175,000 s.f. of call center leases.
With 28 years of commercial real estate experience, David brings considerable transaction knowledge and expertise in complex deal structure to JLLs Orlando team.
As one of the top office brokers established in the Central Florida Region, David has completed over 4 million square feet of office transactions.
He has represented over 400 companies including Apple, United Healthcare, SAP America, Inc., Zurich Insurance, Fiserv, Pepsi-Cola, Texas Instruments and 25 law firms including Foley & Lardner, Greenspoon Marder, P.A., Morgan, Colling & Gilbert, P.A., and Rissman, Weisberg, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue & McLain, P.A.
David has been acknowledged by a number of associations and industry-related organizations for his office brokerage production including, but not limited to, the following: JLL Top Achiever, Grubb & Ellis Circle of Excellence (representing top 3% brokers nationally), CoStar Power Broker (multiple times), NAIOP Office Broker of the Year (3rd place) and NAIOP Largest Lease of the Year.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Texas in Austin. He is professionally associated with both NAIOP and Corenet. He has been involved with several Orlando community organizations including both First Presbyterian Church and Orlando Hockey League.
