Ms. Gleiters primary responsibilities are in agency leasing and new business development for the Central Florida region. She develops and implements marketing plans, feasibility analyses and lease negotiations.
Currently, Ms. Gleiter has direct leasing responsibilities for 111 North Orange Avenue Building, a 240,000 SF project in the Orlando CBD as well as 851 Trafalgar Court (175,000 SF) in the Maitland submarket; 3500 and 3626 Quadrangle Blvd. (81,685 SF) in the Quadrangle submarket and Northpoint I, II and IV (334,532 SF) in the Lake Mary submarket.
Ms. Gleiter has routinely been recognized as a top producer in the commercial real estate industry and has established a reputation over her 24-year career for successfully negotiating win-win situations for her clients and communities alike. Ms. Gleiter has closed over $500 million in commercial real estate transactions and has been with Jones Lang LaSalle for over seven years.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Ms. Gleiter was Vice President of Leasing and Sales for The Pizzuti Companies and was responsible for leasing and sales of all Pizzuti developed Class A office properties and institutional grade industrial buildings in the Florida region. While with Pizzuti she successfully negotiated and leased over 2 million sq. ft. of Class A office space; maintained over 95% retention of renewing tenants and negotiated several hundred million dollars worth of lease and sales transactions. She was actively involved in the sale of the Heathrow International Business Center at a record sales price.
Ms. Gleiter has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Administration from Rollins College. She is a past President and Board Member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women), Co-Chairman of the Return to Respect Gala, Member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), Member of ULI (Urban Land Institute) and CoreNet Global.
