Nick Poole specializes in tenant advisory services and economic incentive negotiations for local, regional and national clients. His responsibilities include new business development, lease and contract negotiation, cash flow analysis and execution of real estate transactions for office and industrial user-owned or leased locations.
Nicks expertise is derived from his ability to help clients reduce occupancy costs, accelerate savings and improve balance sheet implications, resulting in improved profitability and partner distributions.
Nick brings over 13 years of corporate business development and brokerage experience, both locally and nationally. During his career, he has represented more than 200 companies with lease, acquisition or disposition negotiations.
Nick has previously represented or is currently working with select clients, including SunTrust Bank, Staples, Shutts & Bowen LLP, Clifton Larsen Allen and Lennar Homes.
Prior to joining JLL, Nick served as Vice President at CNL Commercial Real Estate and Vice President with Grubb & Ellis, where he was voted Rookie of the Year and a CoStar Power Broker.
Nick holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in both Business Management and Human Resources from Florida State University and a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida.
He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida and a Member of the Downtown Orlando Partnership (DOP), Investor in Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida (EDC) and a Board Member for the University of Central Florida Real Estate Council.
