Mr. Hyatt executes strategic tenant and landlord representation and is involved with business development on behalf of his clients. He also acts as a liaison to Jones Lang LaSalles complimentary business lines and domestic and international offices.
Mr. Hyatt came to Jones Lang LaSalle in 2007 after spending five years at CB Richard Ellis / Trammell Crow Company. Prior to his brokerage career, Mr. Hyatt was the Managing Member of a regional nutrition company for nine years, where he was directly responsible for real estate decision making for the companys twelve facilities. It is this experience that allows him to not only understand the impact of leasehold properties as a line item expense, but also know the positive impact a strategic real estate plan can have on an organizations success.
Mr. Hyatt is a graduate of the University of Hartford where he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematical Computer Science. He is also a member of NDIA (National Defense Industrial Association), a Board Member and the Treasurer for Child and Family Resources of Morris County, a Trustee for The Blood Center of New Jersey, a Foundation Committee Member for Saint Clares Saints Classic (Saint Clares Foundation) and a past member of the Cleveland Professional Golf Tour.
